-- HT-CW is non silicone bleaching stabilizer made from special polymeric compounds.

-- Stable to big amount of alkali.

-- Suitable for one bath bleaching process with good whiteness, soft hand feels and no silicone dirt in equipments.

Application

--High concentration product and can be diluted 4-6 times.

-- Suitable for cotton pretreatment, T/C one bath bleaching and bleaching of woven fabrics after scouring.

Dipping of cotton and its blends

H₂O₂ (100%):     2 – 3 g/L

Bleaching stabilizer: 1 – 3 g/L

Detergent: 1 – 5 g/L

NaOH: 2 – 3 g/L

Liquor ratio: 1 : 10 – 15, 95℃ × 60 min

Continuous bleaching of cotton and its blends

H₂O₂ (100%): 4 – 6 g/L

Bleaching stabilizer: 4 – 6 g/L

Scouring agent: 1 – 2 g/L

Continuous bleaching of T/C

H₂O₂ (100%): 10 – 15 g/L

Bleaching stabilizer: 10 – 15 g/L

Scouring agent: 5 g/L

NaOH: 20 – 30 g/L

Cold pad batch of cotton

NaOH: 40 – 60 g/L

H₂O₂ (100%): 18 – 22 g/L

Bleaching stabilizer:     18 – 22 g/L

Scouring agent: 5 – 8 g/L

Batching time: 20 – 24 hour

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 25kg/bag

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
