 Properties and fields of application

-- No volatilization and high acid value.

-- Outstanding dispersibility that completely neutralizes internal alkali in fibres and prevents yellowing of fabrics in singeing and curing at high temperature.

-- Excellent sequestering and wetting that saves washing times in soaping with reactive dyestuffs, as well as avoids shades fading and improves shade fastness, which can also efficiently remove unfixed dyes, prevents stains and retains bright shades.

-- Improves wet fastness and soaping fastness without influence on shades.

-- Does not induce foam that saves washing times and water, which lowers production cost.

Application

-- High concentration product and can be diluted 5-7 times.

-- Soaps 1-2 times with HT-2137 according to different shades.

-- Dyeing: 1-3 g/L

-- Printing: 4-5 g/L

-- Procedure of dyeing/printing with reactive dyestuffs (acid neutralization not required)

Hot wash → Soap with HT-2137 → Hot wash → Hot wash → Hot wash → Softening pad

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: 12 months in cool and dry place
