Lantian series molds are multifarious(below are some of them), also can be customized according to your demands. Besides, molds can be changed easily. Changed into different molds, you can get different products.
As the picture show, every machine has two punching needles, which can press twice, so the finished briquettes have higher density. Also another function of the second punching needle is adding combusion improver just on the surface. With combusion improver, the charcoal or coal briquettes can be instant ignited.

(2)Charcoal briquette machine production line:
Carbonization furnace---charcoal crusher---binder mixer---wheel mill---conveyor belt---dosing machine---briquette machine---box dryer.
The classification
(1)Take 140 for example, 140A and 140B, 140A is a semi-closed briquette machine, 140B is a total-closed briquette machine, but same funtion, max diameter of the briquettes that the machine can produce is 140mm. Changed moulds, the shapes and sizes can be different. Usually the height is not exceed 90mm, it can be 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, etc.
(2) Besides, we still have 160, 220, 260 and 300 for customers choosing.
