(1) Charcoal crusher
Usually many customers raw materials are wood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, etc; Or some customers raw materials are small charcoal pieces and particles, but please pay attention: the charcoal powder diameter need less than 3mm, so you can make better quality charcoal briquettes. Our crusher can crush charcoal into 1mm powder, so finished charcoal
surface is more smooth.
(2) Binder mixer
Using this binder mixer can mixing the liquid binder(special formula) uniformly, then add this liquid binder into charcoal powder, to make the finished charcoal briquettes much stronger, not easy broken, also has smooth surface and long burning time.
(3) Wheel mill
After adding liquid binder into charcoal powder, this wheel mill can mix binder and charcoal powder uniformly.
(4) Conveyor belt

(5) Quantitative feeder
