The structure:
1) Frame: The whole frame includes cast iron bedplate, motor base. The frame is the main skeleton entity.
2) Transmission part: This part consists of motor power, belt gear, gear, transmission shaft.
3) Feeding part: This part consists of hopper, moving shaft.

5) Conveyor part: This part consists of transmossion rack, belt pulley, holder.
This machine is our latest patented product, because it has large pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw materials, so it has good effect of molding, even some raw materialss are not easy to mold.It can also press into good shapes.The whole machine includes main engine, electric control cabinet, hydraulic cylinder and outlet conveyor belt. For 20-43mm different shapes, it can press 9-48pcs/time, 8-20 times/min.
