Through 30 yeras of development and technology innovation, the "Lantian" LFM series coal charcoal briquette
machine have been improved structure, increased strength, improved performance, prolonged service life, make
the whole machine has reasonable structure, convenient installation, high efficiency, significant energysaving,
low noise, durable, high degree of automation, and easy maintenance, etc.
1) Frame: The whole frame includes cast iron bedplate, motor base. The frame is the main
skeleton entity.
2) Transmission part: This part consists of motor power, belt gear, gear, transmission shaft.
3) Feeding part: This part consists of moving shaft, hopper, mixer, turnplate. Under the help
of mixer and turnplate, coal powder will be feeded into the shaping drum.
4) Punching part: Punching part is the most important in the whole honeycomb coal briquette
machine, it consists of four slide bars, beam, punch, punch seat, moving pressure plate,
spring, etc. When honeycomb coal briquette machine working, two gears moving and push
upper punching part puching down though pull rod, meanwhile, movale plate moving up and
makes spring shorter, this makes coal powder into briquettes shspe.
5) Conveyor part: This part consists of transmossion rack, belt pulley, holder.
1) All spare parts are made by ourselves.
2) All connecting parts we use cooper spirals instead of iron spirals .
3) All spart parts made by advanced technology, we use wire-cutting technology rather
than normal cutting technology.
4) Our punch type coal briquetting machine has position-guide angle to protect punching
parts.
5) Shaping mold can be customized according to your demands.

Production process of briquette machine:
Besides the honeycomb briquette machine, we have also the assistant equipments for the whole production line in store for you, such as the Coal Crusher, Double -shaft Mixer, Belt Conveyor, Auto Feeder, etc. The following are the brief introduction of the procedures, please have a check:
1. Firstly, you need to crush the coal into powder material by our Coal Crusher.
2. Secondly, you need to make liquid binder for increasing the hardness of the coal powder by our Binder Mixer.
3. Third, you have to mix the liquid binder with the coal powder by the Double-shaft Mixer.
4. The forth step for you to do is to feed the material into coal briquette machine for producing coal briquettes.
5. The last step, you need to dry the coal briquettes duo to the liquid binder by our Box-type Dryer or just under the sunshine if it is strong enough.
6. If you want, we can also provide you the Auto Packaging Machine for packaging the coal briquettes after they are totally dried.
