Product description of honeycomb coal machine manufacture
Lantian series punch briquette machine includes honeycomb coal machine manufacture(mechanical punch briquette machine) and hydraulic punch briquette machine.
Auxiliary machines include carbonizing part, crushing part, mixing part and drying part.
Before this honeycomb coal machine mainly used in small coal plant to produce honeycomb coal for countryside cooking and heating, it features a single.
Recently years, with the development of barbecue food and technique innovation, different shapes can be satisfied, so it becomes multifunctional, finished briquettes can be used as bbq charcoal, cooking, heating, fuel, boiler, etc.
Also the raw materials are diversified, coal powder, charcoal powder, carbon, carbon black powder, gypsum powder, sawdust,etc.
This charcoal and coal briquette machine is our most professional machine, because we manufactured it when our factory found in 1980s, until now it has 30 years history.
Machine structure and principle
The structure of a machine is very simple, it can be divided into five parts: the body, the rotation, feeding, punching and conveying. These parts cooperate with each other, operate smoothly and steady.
1. The body part is composed of a plate and base. It formed machine frame.
2. Transmission parts: the motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft and other components. The motor drives the gear shaft to rotate via the belt pulley, and by means of two gear drives the transmission shaft. At the same time, through a pair of bevel gears and a rotating shaft to drive the dial, with the dial turned to drive the four hole disc movement.
3. Feeding part: consisting of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and a stirrer.
Axial turning gears to drives mixer, stir the coal well and into the die cylinder.
4. Punching parts are mainly composed of four sliding rod, a sliding beam, punch, punch, punch, movable platen, movable die bottom and spring.
5. The conveying part is made up of conveying frame, belt pulley, bracket and conveyer belt. The conveying belt is randomly rotated to send the molding coal out of the machine body, and easy adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt by means of the adjustable screw that on the conveying frame.
