Application of Filter press
Filter press is a kind of solid-liquid separation machine.
The chamber filter press is suitable for textile applications, pharmaceuticals,chemical filtration metal precipitation ,food industry & removing water from sewage and hazardous waste.
Classification
1. According to cake discharging type: automatic and manual
2. According to pressing type: automatic and manual
3. According to material of plate: polypropyline, membrane and stainless steel
Working principle
1. pressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw) drive pressing plate forward to push all media plates together till thust plate
2. stop pressing and feed solution mixed solid and liquid, when find liquid coming out become less, stop feeding
3. start to make pressing plate backward
4. separate each media plate and the cake down
