Whole Complete Stone Production Line
Brief Introduction of Stone Production Line:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder,then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush.
The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen.
The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush.
Features of the Stone Production Line:
The whole line (Stone Crusher Line) is highly automatic and the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, low power consumption and high capacity, which is suitable for big, middle and small projects, such as road and bridge construction.
Working Principle of Stone Production Line:
Large stone materials from the storage hopper are evenly and continuously fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing; the crushed materials are transported to cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing through belt conveyor; then the materials are transported to vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The end products with desired sizes will be transported to the final product pile and those with big sizes will return to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms closed and continuously automatic cycles. The plant can be equipped with dust removing facilities to protect environment according to customers' requests.

Main Equipments of Stone Production Line:
The equipments of sand making production line cover feeders, crushers, screens, sand making machine, conveyors, sand washing machine, etc.
Vibrating Feeder:
During processing, the equipment can send various materials into the crushers in the given time, separating the raw materials primarily. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal ore, construction materials, etc.

Vibrating Screen:

The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down the long time.
