Structure and Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder:
GZD series Vibrating Feeder is made by the body, exciter, spring support, drives, etc. Feed tank vibration source is the vibration exciter, exciter by two eccentric axis (active and passive) and the gear pair formed by the electric motor through the V-belt driven driving shaft, then take the initiative to the shaft by passive shaft gear meshing rotation, active and passive counter rotating shaft at the same time, so that tank vibration, so that a continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
