Brief Introduction of Crusher Feeder:
Crusher Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It can send the stuff into the crusher continuously. It makes a feature of smooth vibrating, reliable in operation, long service life and suitable for feeding.
Application of Crusher Feeder:
1. Crusher Feeder is mainly used for continuously and evenly feeding coarse crusher, screening fine aggregate, and thus enhances crusher capacity.
2. Crusher Feeder can also roughly screen the materials.
3. Crusher Feeder has been widely used for crushing and screening in the industries of mine, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, beneficiation, coal mine, etc.

Structure and Working Principle of Crusher Feeder:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
