 1.How about the warranty for your products?

Answer: All of our products have one year warranty. During the guarantee period, if there are any problem with our instrument, we will help you to solve it by sending pictures, videos or free spare parts until things get fixed. Out of guarantee, we will also help you solve the problem,but not including send free spare parts to your country.

2. Are you manufacturer or trading company? Are these all products manufacturer Or some of them?

Answer:We are the manufacturer, which has three main product areas,optical instrument,sample preparation instruments and water measurement testers, all these machines have CE&ISO certificate.

3. Do you have any distributor in..?I would like to be your exclusive distributor.

Answer: No,we currently don't have any distributor in....and now we are also looking for the customer who has the power and ability to manage our products in...Maybe you could have a try. However,we don't suggest you to be our exclusive distributor at the beginning.Because we just start our co-operation,you don't know our service, product quality and performance etc.Trust it would be better to talk about this topic when you have more understanding about our products and know the situation in your market.

4.Do you have office in UK, can we buy from your UK office?

Answer:Yes,we have office in UK,but it only manages our brand issues,all the goods will be sent to you from China, UK Office don’t have any stock.
