Y3608 Gear Hobbing Machine is mainly used to generate spur and worm gears with max. diameter of 80mm and max module of 1.5mm different accuracy grades are achievable to satisfy users specific needs. It can also machine helicai gears with I 18 helix angel range. As a semi auto gear hobbing machine. The advantages in application are obvious: simple operation, easy adjusting, reliable performance and accurate finish. After workpiece loading and machine start, the feeding camlbrings the tool carriage to the working position and cutting begins. When the work is done, the hobber will automatically go out to contact with the work-pieced. This function allows one operator to work on several machines simultaneously, wide applications of this machine are found in the manufacture of gears for instruments, meters, electronic and light industries, for spur gears, the machining accuracy achieves grade 6 or 7 as per the normal standard Bg2363-90.
