Features
1. With this CNC roll notching and branding lathe RPK-5025, there is no need to engrave logo and specification by EDM any more. No worry about carbide broken that is caused by EDM marking process very often. Now, it's done by special designed swivel head easily and accurately. Save lot of your time and your money for EDM investment and electrodes.
2. All international rolled ribbed bar's standards can be performed by this machine. Not only china crescent notches of GB1499.2-2007, but also all international standard such as ISO6935-2, JIS G3112, ASTM A615, BS 4449, BS4461, ANSI etc. It is the unique notching machine, which can produce the REAL “JIS” & international standard notches. Not similar JIS from China GB standard base.
3. Many kinds of roll materials can be notched and marked easily, such as high Ni-Cr casting iron roll, H.S. steel roll and tungsten carbide roll ring.
4. Only about 10 minutes notching can be done for one cycle of bar size Φ20mm in dia. Φ340mm high Ni-Cr casting iron roll. Three times efficiency than before.
5. Any number, letter, symbols and logo can be engraved freely in the roll. Independent swivel engraving head guaranteed the smooth and accurate engraving. This special design reduced the working intensity of fly cutter milling head and keep long life service for customer. Much better than that of one combined unit with notching and engraving.
6. Famous Siemens SINUMERIK 808D CNC controller guarantees reliable & long life quality.
7. Japan YASKAWA servomotors guarantee powerful running for notching and engraving. It has been proved to be the best one for notching machine. None beatable in this field.

10. Patent fly cutter milling head guaranteed the powerful ad accuracy notching in dimensions(rib depth, thickness and lead angle). It is particularly important when performing on tungsten carbide rings and composite rolls.
11. Easy to switch notching to engraving by unique designed fly milling head & swivel engraving head that were mounted at one side. Avoid the roll-load colliding and no further headache for disassembling of fly cutter arbor, cutter support; no need to adjust swivel head and reset tool for engraving that you operate in the series machine. No any interference now.
12. Rectangle heavy casting bed with two square ways guarantee high rigidity. Square ways between saddle and apron offer rigidity support for notching and engraving. The rigidities reduced lot of notching vibration and help to achieve good cutting finish. (No any weak dovetail way, triangle way and arc roller guide way can be found in this machine) one piece of cutting tool is able to do all notching for a roll. Much save for tool's cost and tool's sharpening time.
13. Turcite-B box way provide strong and smooth movement for high precision machining. Solved the weakness problem of dovetail way and arc roller way that you may find in our first generation machine.
14. Precision ball screws ensure the transmission for accuracy positioning and smooth automatic operation.
15. Centralized automatic lubrication pump controlled by CNC system to ensure the perfect lubrication for all guide ways automatically. No damage risk by lack of lubrication by one-shot manual lubrication pump in other similar machine.
16. Industry heat exchange air-cooling & anti-dust big electrical cabinet ensured long time & stable working.
