Machine Applications

The machine is applicable to machining inner holes of various types of parts, such as round holes, splined holes, holes with single key, involute profile and holes with internal spline.

Performance and Features

Broaching tool is escorted during the whole broaching stroke.
Driven by hydraulic power, the machine with an overload safety device works steadily and enables stepless speed change.
With the adoption of PLC program and no touch switch, the machine has three operation modes: automatic cycling, semi-automatic cycling, and segmented cycling. And main actions can be jogged under adjustment modes.
The machine is equipped with an adjustable automatic centralized lubrication device.
