Performance and Features
The series Three-dimensional CNC drill machine adopts external-chip removal type (gun drill method).
The workpiece is fixed on workbench, which can be moved in vertical and horizontal direction.
The machine is assembled with CNC system and can realized single action and automatic cycle action. There are three servo spindles of X, Y and Z, which are driven by servo motor and ball-screw transmission.
The tool rotating and feeding uses stepless speed regulation. The drill diameter covers 20, 30 and 40mm. It can perform drilling through-hole, blind hole and step hole.
The machine is widely employed in many industries such as automobile, motorcycle, mould making, military and airspace, etc.
