FEATURES:
1. The machine is special equipment for machining deep cylindrical hole of workpieces.
2. It can be perfectly suited for drilling and boring through holes, blind and step holes in workpieces, Such as, spindle of various kinds of machines, many kinds of hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders.
3. It can perform not only boring but also rolling pressing.
4. The method of the forward-removal chip is adopted in boring, forward is adopted during boring.
5. The machine is strong in rigidity of the bed, high in precision, and wide in spindle speed range.
6. Feed system is driven by Japan YASKAWA AC Servo feeding motor.
7. It is suitable for various processing methods of machining deep holes.
8. Fixture of the guide carriage and clamping force of the workpiece are performed by hydraulic device and indicated by meter.
9. Deep hole boring machine model DB-250/DB-350 are a kind of special machine for boring cylindrical workpiece.
10. It can be perfectly suited for boring through holes and step holes in workpiece.
11. The method of the forward-removal chip is adopted in boring and they are suited for mass production individualized production and small-lot production.

The machine consists of bed body, headstock, drilling and boring box (optional), chuck body, feed carriage, oil feeder, cooling system, chip removal device, steady rest, hydraulic system, boring bar support, motor and electrical system, etc.
Packaging and Shipping:
- Firstly packed by waterproof cloth and then in wooden case.
- Few parts may need to be taken down and be packed in wooden case.
- According to customer's different require, wo can adopt different packaging.
