Performance and Feature
1. The model GH-800HA general purpose gear hobbing machine is applicable to cut spur and helical gears, worm wheels, sprockets, and short spline shafts in hobbing, small or batch production. It is characterized by good rigidity, high working accuracy, easy operation, and simple setup procedure. Either conventional or climb method can be used in the machine. In addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic shout-down device and safety-securing mechanisms, and an automatic lubricating system. Imported hydraulic components can be used for the machine according to the customers' requirements. Furthermore, tangential hob head is also available for special order to cut worm wheels under tangential feeding mode.
2. The model GHM-800HA precision gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as that of the model GH-800HA so that the working accuracy is increased by one grade.
3. The model GHB-800HA semi-automatic gear hobbing machine has the same specifications and applications as that of the general purpose machine. Using PLC, the machine can work and equipped with auto-shifting hob, the hob service life is lengthened.
4. The model GH-800H/1 gear hobbing machine is specially designed to handle shaft gears. It is different from the general purpose type by having a higher workstay while other performances remain unchanged based on GH-800HA.
5. Tangential hob head may be applied for special order on the model GHM-800HA and GHB-800HA to cut worm wheels.

Standard attachments: main machine, one set of standard change gears, tools for installation and setup, hob arbors of Φ27, Φ32 and Φ40 one for each.
