Main application:
The machine is applied to milling bigger workpiece and semi-finish machining, the machine can process the plane (horizontal plane, vertical plane), slot (key slot, T-slot, dovetail slot), boring hole and countersink of box and so on.

Features:
1. The machine has good rigidity, so it can heavily cut workpiece.
  Power of main motor is high, and speed range of the motor is wide, which can exert the efficiency of tool, make high speed cutting.
2. To stick plastic on the interface of table and saddle, saddle and base, which improve the wear resistance and life of machine, reduce the friction factor.
3. Stability of machine is very good due to adopting rectangle guideway on the column and base.
4. One servo motor is installed in feed box, which controls X, Y, Z three-direction feed through three pieces of electromagnetic clutches.
5. Hydraulic pressure is adopted in X, Y, Z three-direction clamp-ness.

Structure(see Figure):
   The machine consists of base, column, table, vertical headstock, horizontal headstock, feeding box, lubrication, coolant box, hydraulic pressure clamp, hydraulic station, electrical system and guards.
   Bed-tye structure is adopted, column is fixed on the base, table connects with saddle. vertical headstock and horizontal headstock are fixed on the column, vertical headstock and horizontal headstock connect with the balance weight in the column by chains. vertical headstock and horizontal headstock respectively have own motor, they may respectively work, also work at the same time. Feed servo motor is situated at the back of base, power is passed to the feeding lead screw pair through coupling to realize the feed of table X, Y direction and vertical headstock and horizontal headstock.
