FIXED BEAM DOUBLE COLUMN VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
The machine is applied to process large, medium sized machinery parts and complex molds, clamping one time can fulfill rough, semi-precision, and precision processing requirement. It can be used for milling, drilling, tapping, boring and reaming etc.
Features:
1. Fixed beam gantry type structure, the body and main parts are all cast iron with high strength, which ensure the machine’s stability with long-term usage.
2. X, Y axes adopt heavy-loading linear rolling guide; Z axis adopts rectangular quenching hard rail with plastic; ensuring high precision, high speed, and also high rigidity of heavy cutting.
3. Z axis is equipped with Gas-Liquid balancing system to balance the spindle box dead weight, and make the spindle work in the best state cooperating with the high speed, high precision, high rigidity spindle unit and floating knife structure.
4. With FAUNC 0i MD CNC system, 16 stations umbrella type tool magazine.
