Product Description
Features:
1. The machine is used for cutting straight tooth spline with all kind of tooth shape by using hobbing method.It is also used for cutting straightteeth collecting shaft gears as well as cutting taper splines and stepped gears.
2. All machanical system and parts with high rigidity compact constructions and fine protection functions,the hob speed is adjusttable from 60 to 600 r/min steplessly,but it can reach from 200 to 600r/min,the maximum speed of workpiece is 100 rotor, and the cutting efficiency is rather high.
3. In addition,the dry cutting can be come true in the condition of wind cooling.
