It is the large-scale planning bench CNC milling and boring machine,which is mainly used for the processing of large and middle-scale and large and middle-weight parts , including all kinds of fundamental large parts,panels,disc parts,shell parts and molds.After the loading and clamping of work piece one time ,it can continuously finish the processing of procedures of milling ,drilling ,boring and reamiing ,which is applicable for manufacturing industries of aviation, heavy machinery, locomotive, shipbuilding , power generation, machine tool, printing , textile and mold.

Main Performances

Structure and Performance
1.All fundamental large parts have received the finite element analysis and they are all optimized through the static analysis,dynamic analysis and thermal stability analysis,which greatly improve the dynamic and static stiffness and thermal stability.The column adopts the form of inclined double wall,which can meet the requirement of high stiffness during the large torque output of spindle.
2.Apply two-times aging treatment for the cast to guarantee the complete release of internal stress and the precision persistence of the machine tool.

3.It adopts the servo motor to control the duel gap-eliminating gear box to drive the imported precision gear ring for the rotary motion.It is equipped with the angular grating ruler to meet the requirement of high positioning precision of ±6″for any indexing of the rotary table .It is also equipped with the four-point positioning device to meet the requirement of high positioning precision of ±4″for 90°indexing of the rotary table .4.The gear box adopts the two-shift and four-speed transmission.The maximal rotation of spindle can reach 2500rpm/min.It can meet the large-torque requirement during the rough machining and the high rotational speed during the fine machining.

5.The spindle adopts the high precision SKF bearing ,using the techniques of spindle ring external cooling and spindle bearing thin oil lubrication cooling to guarantee the long-time high precision operation of spindle .The boring spindle is made of the advanced material.After the careful heat treatment,it promotes the stiffness of W axis and its precision durability.
6.Two ends of the spindle bearing are equipped with the temperature sensor,which can monitor the temperature of spindle bearing in real time to keep from damaging the bearing because of the over-high temperature and offer the certain compensation for the thermal stretching of boring spindle.
7.X/Y/Z servo axes adopt the servo motor with the direct connetion of precision planetary gear box to drive the large diameter and high precision duel nut preloaded ball screw.The machine tool adopts the linear rolling guide way,where X-axis and Z-axis adopt the design of three guide ways to guarantee the high loading and high stability of the machine tool.

8.For the auto chip removal,it adopts a screw chip conveyor to remove iron chips to the right side of the machine and then to the chip barrel through the chain chip conveyor to realize the auto chip removal.

9.The machine tool adopts the entirely closed-loop control.X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis and W-axis adopt the linear grating ruler,while B-axis adopts the ring grating ruler to guarantee the operation precision of each axis.
10.The tool magazine and mainipulator adopt the chain-type tool magazine ,which is characterized by the precise ,fast and highly reliable tool changing.

11.The out ring of screw supporting bearing is fully positioned .A group of laminated springs are added to both sides of the bearing of bearing seat.During the loading ,the pre-stretched screw can make the laminated spring reach to the calculated amount of compression to eliminate the axial clearance of angular contact ball bearing .During the long-time and high-speed rotation of screw rod ,it will show the themal deformation.At this point,the laminated spring will be stretched or compressed along with the screw rod to eliminate the bearing deformation or increased internal clearance caused by the stretching or compressing of screw rod .It thus can guarantee that the screw supporting bearing mainrains the status of zero clearance to ensure the rotation precision and stability of the screw rod.
