Machine Summary 

The model GHKD-1000 large-module CNC gear hobbing machine, which is developed on the basis of the model GHKA-1250 CNC gear hobbing machine, is capable of cutting large-module workpiece, even up to 20mm module. It is 2-axis CNC machine: X-axis radial feed motion and Z-axis axial feed motion, which are all driven by AC servo-motors. The CNC system adopts German SIEMENS-802D. On the principle of continious indexing, the machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, crowning and slightly tapered gears as well as worm wheels by radial cutting nethod. Axial and radial feed axes are driven by AC servo-motors through preloaded ball screws. The machine is best suited for mine, oil, marine, engineering machinery industries for hobbing large gears.

Remarks
1. Standard equipment includes: main machine, hob arbor assemblies Φ32, Φ40, Φ50 one for each, a complete set of change gears, a complete set of operating tools.
2. Special order: other dia. hob arbors Φ22, Φ27, Φ60.
