Machine Summary
VY series vertical machining center adopts the moving structure of middle and small-scale complicated parts.It can finish all kinds of processing, such as milling ,drilling,expanding ,boring ,tapping and profile milling at one time of clamping.It is suitable for the parts processing with high precision,multiple procedure and complicated shape.It is the key facility in industries of general machinery, mold, aviation, energy and traffic.
Structure and Performance
1.The column adopts the herringbone structure characterized by the large contact surface to guarantee the stability of machine tool and enhance the processing precision and surface smoothness.
2.Apply the computer-aided engineering(CAE) system to finish the optimized structure design and enhance the reliability of machine tool ,and the finite element method(FEM) to take the scienfic analysis and optimization of design structure,which can guarantee the rigidity and stability of the whole machine structure.
3.3-axis adopts imported C3-level precision ball screw.Apply the pretension to each axis to enhance the transmission rigidity and location precision.
4.The precision scraping of three-axis seat has no gasket design to guarantee the smooth-ness of three-axis transmission.
5.The spindle applies the imported precision P4-level bearing to guarantee the high precision and high rigidity of the spindle.
6.The bed ,saddle,table ,column and spindle box are made of high strength inoculated cast iron and resin bonded sand and treated by multiple aging processes to guarantee the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
7.The machine adopts the rectangle sliding guide and the guide surface is treated by the high-frequency quenching and grinded by the imported guide grinding machine to result in the good precision stability.The guide is attached by the wearing piece with small friction coefficient and strong bearing capacity.
8.The imported spindle component adopts P4-level precision bearing with large span of bearing arrangement.Accompanied with the sliding guide,it is suitable for the strong and heavy cutting.
9.Standard belt-type 8000(6000)rotation spindle that applies the imported precision P4-level bearing to assemble the main body to guarantee the high precision and high rigidity of the spindle.
10.Both ends of the ball screw adopt the immported PN7-level screw supporting bearing special for CNC machine tool and also the precision nut for the pretension to reduce the thermal deformation,but greatly enhance the location precision and repeated location precision.
11.All guides and ball screws adopt the centralized,timed and measured lubrication,leading to the complete and reliable lubrication.Meanwhile,the main lubrication duct has the function oil pressure-loss protection.
12.The oil cup of unclamping cylinder has the function of liquid-level detection to guarantee the reliability of unclamping.
13.The fully-enclosed fast tool-change tool magazine can guarantee the safe ,reliable and efficient tool change.
14.The tool magazine is optionally equipped with the air cylinder to guarantee the stable pressure of air supply and avoid the stuck tool caused by the insufficient air supply(optional).
15.The cyclic spraying of spindle can provide the full cooling during the processing (Optional).
16.The punching for the chassis provides the great convenience for operators to clean the scrap iron and enhance the working efficiency(Optional).
17.Large-type Y-axis 4-sliding track design with wide guide,large span and strong bearing capacity.
18.The table surface and sliding guide surface are treated by the high-frequency quenching with the hardness up to HRC 45,and grinded by the imported guiding machine to result in the good precision stability.
19.Adopt the gear-type spindle and design of integrated machine head and gear case,which greatly promotes the structural rigidity,effectively avoids the effect of heavy cutting.
