Machine Summary
Being developed by the European technology jointly,MC-VYseries Vertical 5-axis Machining Center possesses the srtong processing ability of complicated parts and the axcellent handing .It is in accordance with the technical standards and ergonomics principles of Europe ,One time of loading and clamping can realize the precision processing of complicated and irregular parts.It is particularly applicable for industries of aviation,medicine,mold,automobile and electricity.
Structure and Performance
1.The intergrated gantry compact structure has the good stiffness.Y-axis adopts the duel-driven structure to guarantee the smothness of high-speed motion.The box-type gearbox structure can guarantee the stability of large torque output.
2.X,Y and Z-axis is equipped with the grating rule,while A and C-axis is equipped with the ring grating to guarantee the enhanced precision grade and high positioning precision during the fast and rapid movement of the machine tool.
3.U-type bed structure and tailstock unit can ensure the high precision during the high speed or large of the rotary table.
4.Z-axis is equipped with the pneumatic balabcing system to ensure the high precision of machine tool during the fast movement.
5.A/C axis adopts the direct driving of torque motor ,which can remove the reduction gear drive and greatly improve the movement precision and rotation speed.It is also equipped with the hydraulic clamping system with the large clamping torque ,which can perfectly realize the complicated 5-axis processing .The rotation speed can be up to 60rpm.
6.Adopts the double swing structure to ensure the 5-axis processing or precison processing with the positioning at any angle.It can expand the application field of machine tool and meet the requirement of highly complicated processing.
7.A and C-axis is equipped with the protection of hydraulic and pneumatic power outage,with the extremely high reliability.
8.A-axis:±135°,C-axis:continuous360°,Rotational speed:60rpm/min,Drive:torque motor to greatly immprove the movement precision,Load capacity:800kg.
9.It is equipped with the high power and middle-injecting high-speed spindle ,which is suitable for the high speed and high precision processing of work-piece surface and the deep holemaching.Power:34kw,Torque:72Nm,Rotational speed:18000rpm,Rated speed:4500rpm.
10.It is equipped with the chain-type plug-in tool magazine and driven by the sevo motor directly.It is characterized by the fast operating and high positioning precision,which can fully meet the client's processing demands of different procedures. Speed of tool magazine:150tools/min.Capacity of tools:40T.
11.It is equipped with the precision water-cooling device,which is used for the cooling of cradle turntable and motor spindle.It is also equipped with function of flow detection and temperature detection to protect other key parts when ensuring the processing precision.
12.Y-axis sheild can be open and closed automatically,which will be greatly convenient for the client to load and unload and clamp work-pieces.
13.The high precision measuring standard ball, along with the professional measurement software,can rapidly detect the error inthe center of working table and can correct the center at any time.
14.The high-efficient chip-removing system can be convenient for the operator to remove chips quickly.
15.The single control panel of tool magazine can be greatly convenient for the client's operation and daily maintenance.
16.The system adopts SIEMENS 840DSL, the digital AC srvo system:3D Simulation,Synchronous recording, Advanced surface, Spline interpolation, Cutter radius compensation, Measurement motion system, Conversion of transmit and cylindrical surface.
