Machine Summary
The horizontal machining center is characterized by the wide application scope of processing,high rigidity,precision,speed,efficiency,reliability and large torque . The machine tool can deal with the processing of milling ,drilling ,expanding,boring and tapping of parts of valve,cam,plate and box ,especially for the crude ,semi-fine and fine processing of milling ,boring ,tapping,screw and all kinds of curved surface ,with features of degree of automation,wide scope of application,fast travelling speed and high production efficiency.
Three axes all adopt the structure of linear rolling guide ,with the strong bearing capacity and high precision.Two guides of X and Z axes are characterized by the large span and favorable stress performance and stability .Y-axis adopts the heavy-duty rolling linear guide to meet the design of high strength column,with the higher processing stability and stronger re-cutting ability."
Structure and Performance
1.Apply the computer-aided engineering(CAE) system to finish the optimized strucutre design and enhance the reliability of machine tool,and the finite element method (FEM) to take the scientific analysis and optimization of design structure,which can guarantee the rigidity and stability of the whole machine structure.
2.Apply two-times aging treatment for the cast to guarantee the complete release of internal stress and the precision persistence of the machine tool.
3.3-axis adopts imported C3-level precision ball screw.Apply the pretension to each axis to enhance the transmission rigidity and location precision.
4.Apply standard rolling guide to enhance the bearing capacity and stability.
5.The binding face assembly adopts the technique of glue injection that greatly increase the contact rate and guarantees the reliability of machine tool.
Unique Spindle Technique
1.Prefect spindle assembly process can guarantee the stability of spindle processing.
2.The precise and high-rigid spindle adopts the air-curtain protection system design,which can effectively keep from the invasion of air dust and cutting fluid to make the spindle bearing work in the pollution-free environment,effectively protect the spindle component and prolong its service life.
3.Spindle type:BBT40 direct-connected 10000/12000 rotation spindle (HY-500/2);BBT50 direct-connected 6000 rotation spindle(HY-630/2/HY-800/2);Gear box + BBT50 direct-connected 6000 rotation spindle (HY-630/2/HY-800/2);BBT direct-connected 10000 rotation spindle(HY-630/2/HY-800/2).
Automatic Exchange Table
1.The automatic exchange of 4th axis table is charaterized by the fast speed and high efficiency.The strong holding force can guarantee the table stability and location precision.It can effectively reduce the clamping time and conveniently realize the multi-machine wiring joint processing.
2.4-dimensional clamping method of the table can guarantee the precise location,which is characterized by the high supporting strength and large loading.
Automatic Tool Magazine System
1.The tool-change mechanism is equipped with the tool falling-proof device ,with the high reliability and security.
2.The tool-change system adopts the least parts structures to achieve the highest reliability.
Chip Conveying and Cooling System
1.Spindle center water discharge;Spindle cyclic coating;Water gun water discharge;Roof water discharge.
2.It can be equipped with the observation window to obtain the largest visual field during the processing.(optional)
3.The large slope guide cover can dicharge the scraps to both sides and remove it through the double screw chip conveyor.Equipped with the scraping or chain-type chip conveyor,is can guarantee the perfect discharge of scraps.
