4)IP21-23 protection grade, insulation system is H class, and stators are wound to 2/3 pitch.

1. what is the warranty ?
the standard warranty is 12months or 1000 running hours, subject to the earlier mature term.
but we will offer life-time and free technological support and problem solutions.
During warranty , if any problem , the spare parts supplying will be free .
2. how do we install the generator in our place ?
before delivering the generators , our engineers have installed and checked everyhing well.
when you receive the generator , you just need to fill the cooling water ,lube oil and fuel ,
then you just push the start button ,the generator will be running automatically. your local technician also know it well .
3. What is the generator maintenance period ?
you should do the maintenances according to the manual book , your local technician can do it easily .
4.What is your MOQ, payment method, delivery time?
Our MOQ is only 1 set.
Payment method usually is 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance T/T before delivering. Or 100% L/C.
