Characteristics of the machine
A, Good material ensure long life time using: all brushes with best nylon material, stainless steel using food grade 304, more health. Taiwan made air valves and cylinders
B, More safety: machine with water level switch, no water or poor water level auto stop to protect pumps, installed with air pressure switch, if the air pressure is poor lower than we settled in the machine will auto stop, when pressure reach auto start; also with power breaker protector, if any circuit shortage or over duty voltage will auto break off the power switch to protect the machine, also protect the worker, also we are using famous brand electricals, such as LG brand,Omron, and the PLC we are using is Mitsubishi brand
C, Auto washing inside and outside of the bottle at the same time, high capacity, and efficiently washing bottle more clear, as its rotary moving working theory. The inner brush and outer brush all are moving rotary with separate motor driven.
D, Water tank can be installed with heater(for selection) some need some not, if need tell us to make it, just to make the washing water be hot and when flushing bottles can wash it more clearly.
E, With imported sensor, all steps with sensor monitoring, any mistake the machine will stop to protect, no damage of the machine.
1: Principle of the 5 gallon water production line
We produce a complete production line including water treatment, water cleaner, labeling machine, plastic injection machine, blow moulding machine and shrink-wrapping packing machine. The bottle's size can be decided by client.

Q1. The material for making machine is SS210 or SS304? Can I ask for SS316 material?
A1: We never use SS210, material for beverage machines should be good.
Price for SS316 is much higher than SS304, if you could accept the price, it is ok surely.
Q2. How can I make sure the quality of the machine?
A2: We promise quality and have one-year guarantee, and you can come to inspect the machines.
Q3. My country has standards for the machines, they need to have ***certicate, do you have?
A3: We now have BV/ISO9001:2008 certificate. Please tell us your standard, we shall apply for that certificate.
