1). Function and characteristics:
This rotary filling and pressing cap machine is using 16 heads rotary type.Filling valve is single controlled.
The filling is high precision and little reflow. No barrel, no filling. Filling tank is stamping and welding shape
without dead angle.The whole machine operates stably, no vibration,which has the functions of automatic
collecting caps,automatic pressing caps, automatic counting and automatic output. It has the complete function,
compact structure, novel design, high degree of automation, with the LG imported computer control system,
touch screen operation key parts from Germany, Taiwan, American imported assembly.Completely sealed liquid
surface isobaric type filling valve makes the filling height accordance.The filling height is adjusted. The caterpillar
type pressing cap is strength evenly and accurate for pressing cap.
