Main Application
Capping machine is also known as cap screwing machine and lock cover machine for plastic bottles, glass bottles (molded bottle or tube bottle) after subcaps fitted tightening and loosening equipment.This machine is mainly used for antibiotic powder injection glass bottle (Molded bottle or tube bottle) after packing aluminum cover or cap cover sealing equipment.
Operating Principles
Bottle arrive from the preceding working procedure, arranged by a conveyor belt into the bottle conveying screw mechanism. After the split into monomers and accurate feeding into the bottle star wheel,meanwhile Lifting the cap from the bottle by the hopper to cover sorting mechanism ,Automatically sort the bottle by the positive and negative,into the cap chute, into the output cap star wheel.In the role of the host cam mechanism, each capping shaft (10) of the capping head grip cap, with the decline in the capping shaft, gradually buckle onto the bottle cap into the main star wheel.Screwed cap the size of the torque can be adjusted up and down by the size of the gap between the two magnetic pieces to the required torque control and meet customer requirements.Capping qualified bottle through the star wheel,and transported to the conveyor belt.After detect and correct by removing mechanism (No foil or cap bad will be picked out automatically ) transported by conveyor belt to the next working procedure.
Removing device
The bottle caps are put into the conveyor hopper,then trey are delivered through the variable frequency lifting belt into the branch cover positions,after processing by the feed channel to cover capping head for cover,bottle by astrolabe mold (bottle directly applicable range Φ30-Φ100), Followed by ten groups of screw head lock cover in motion ,It is by the aid of magnetic adjustment to achieve capping torque adjustment that makes the cap screwing accurate.
