Advantages of Opening Filter Press:
1.Structure is made of high quality carbon steel Q235 and processed with sand blasting
to remove rust, then pained by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance
2. Main beam is produced by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology, weld
joint are durable, it can service longer without distortion.
3. Hydraulic station is steady in operation and easy in maintenance, pistons are made from
steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness, anti-wearing, long life-span
4. Control carbinet adopts Siemens PLC to realizes fully auto operation, such as auto opening
and closing, auto feeding & stop feeding, auto cake discharging etc, which can maxmium
manpower saving.
5. Class-fiber reinforced PP plate is good at alkali resisting, also resist high temperature( max
110 centigrade)
6. Closed filtrate can protect the material from exposure, and increase using ration.
7. Good filter cloth are features of high solid capture and easy to discharge cakes.
8. Every filter press will do operation test to ensure its best performance
