1. Q235 carbon steel structure make the filter press oprately more safe and stable .
2. Hydraulic cylinder made by 27simn seamless steel pipe, and has been tested by 21Mpa pressure before leaving factory.
3. The main beam is designed for welded box construction
4. All the spare parts that needed painted are deal with high speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale
5. Piston is mde by steel #45 which is high hardness, anti-wearing and long life span etc.
