Dazhang Good Price Automatic Membrane Filter Press Machine For Electrolytic Aluminum
Working principle:
Filter chambers are formed between pressed filter plates when the pressing device drives the pressing plate. Feeding pump squeezes material through the pore from thrust plate into the filter chambers, solid particles are intercept in the filter chambers forming cake, while liquid was discharged out of the machine through cake and filter cloth.

1.Lowest cake moisture.
2.High feeding pressure 0.8MPa-1.6MPa.
3.PP plate is light in weight and easy to operate.
4.Resist corrosion and long service life.
5.High degree of automation, labor-saving and ease to operate.
6.In late filtering process, with slow flow, high pressure and high consumption power of feed pump, the squeezing function of membrane filter plate completes this process in a very short time , thereby it saves power consumption.
