Feeding Unit:
v Lead feed system with four-shaft structure is controlled by servo.
v Vacuum suction system. The air volume can be set in accordance with different paperboard bending conditions so as to feed paper smoothly.
v Double feeding roller device can ensure the best stabilization in feeding.
v Speed Motor Control Feeder (Optional inverter control)
v The main motor activates the protection device. If the unit is not locked, the main motor can not start.
v The clearance of feeding roller is regulated by hand and the scope is 0-11mm.
v Automatic zero setting and reset.
Printing Unit:
v Quick hanging form device can save more time. And 360 degree adjustment. And automatic reset.
v A switch regulated by feet makes the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the form.
v Steel anilox roller,(Optional equipment— ceramic anilox roller)
v Anilox roller and rubber roller is adjusted by pneumatic control system.
v Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and text display.
Slotting Unit
v Height of the carton is adjusted by motor, and ruler displays.
v The slotting clearance and the creasing clearance is adjusted synchronously by motor.
v Phase position is regulated by motorized planetary gear.
v Pre-creasing tool covered with YOU LI rubber to prevent crushing board.
