Feeder Unit
1 Inlet edge vacuum suction system ,air draft assists smooth feeding, accurate and reliable
2 High-grade electromagnetic clutch and brake system adoptd to make feeding unit solely controlled,easy to operate and reliable
3 Scorer wheel is adjustable for paperboard of 2-8mm thickness
4 Inverter adjusts the feeding speed which range is 0-120m/min
5 Front baffle and feeding belt are adjustable transversely
Folder and Gluer Unit
1 Main motor drives inverter for speed adjustment,lowest noice,flexible for controling and stable
2 High wear-resistant belt adopted for feeding, automatic folding
3 Stainless steel gluing wheel , glue distributing evenly, saving and long-term service life
4 Rectification device and second-creasing device adopted in the feeding sector
Counter and Stacker Unit
1 PLC and touch screen controlling,easy to operate,input the data without stopping,automatic countering and piling,outputting is neat and tidy.
2 Countering and pushing adopt pneumatic control,accurate and reliable
3 Lapping the carton for rectifying
