VOLTAGE GRADE IS UP TO 35KV, CROSS-SECTION AREA CAN BE UP TO 1000 SQMM  (COPPER OR ALUMINIUN CONDUCTOR). CONDUCTOR LONG-TIME  OPERATING TEMPERATURE IS 90 DEGREES. IN SHORT CIRCUIT, CONDUCTOR  HIGHEST TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE NOT MORE THAN 250 DEGREES.

CABLE'S CHARACTERISTIC:

 

LONG TIME OPERATING TEMPERATURE FOR CABLE CONDUCTOR IS 90 DEGREES.

 

THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE OF THE CONDUCTOR IN SHORT CIRCUIT (NO LONGER THAN 5 SECONDS) IN NOT MORE THAN 250 DEGREES, IF A JOINT IS IN THE CABLE, THE TEMPERATURE OF THE TINNING WELDING JOINT IS NOT MORE THAN 120 DEGREES, COMPRESSING JOINT NOT MORE THAN 150 DEGREES AND ELECTRO-WELDING JOINT NOT MORE THAN 250 DEGREES.

 

NO DROP IN LIMITED PROVIDED THERE IS FULL MECHANICAL TENTION WHEN CABLE IS LAID. IT SI FORBIDDEN TO LAY CABLE IN IRON-PIPE OR TO FIX CABLE BY CIRCLING AROUND THE CABLE WITH IRON MATERIALS.

 

BEING LAID, THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF THE CABLE SHALL NOT BE LOWER THAN ZERO DEGREE. IN THE CASE OF LOWER TEMPERATURE, HEATING MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN.

Used for indoor & outdoor laying,The Cable can bear a certain laying traction,but can't bear the mechanical force from outide.Single core cable can't be allowed to lay in the magnetic pipe . The Cable is used for fixed laying in the rated voltage (U0/U)0.6/1KV,3.6/6KV & below for power transmission.

 

This product is applicable to being fixedly laid on the transmission and distribution line of alternative current rating 50Hz and rated voltage up to 0.6/1.0Kv with the use for power transmission, which is applied to the range of distribution network, industrial equipments, etc.

 

This product is normal used cable, not suitable for some special situation, such as aerial, underwater, ship, sea, nuclear station, etc.

 

 

It applies to electrical power transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage UO/U up to and including 0.6/1KV. For outdoor and indoor installation in damp and wet locations, laid directly in the ground where excessive mechanical stresses are present in sloping and moving terrains and in vertical or inclined laying, as well as in locations susceptible to sliding.

5. Features

 

XLPE insulated power cabledo not has excellent electric, mechanical properties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and enviromental stress resistance. Its structure is simple. The long period operating temperature is +90 °C. It is conveninet to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

 

 

 

XLPE insulated steel wire armoured power cable: XLPE/PVC insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting antichemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction. Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide, silane and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogented and three classes of A, B, C.
