1. Brief introduction of QT series brick making machine
1).QT series brick machine can produce hollow&solid bricks by clay,shale,flyash,slag or mixed waste material,
2) .The spiral cut reamer of the machine adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology;
3).The upper stage mixing shaft, the cut reamer big shaft, the up-down body etc. are all passed the aging, quenching and tempering process.
4).The reducer gearwheel is the hardened tooth face;
5). Reasonable design, compact structure, the equipment can work steadily without installing of foundation bolts;
6). It can largely reduce the consumption of power for vibration in working process.
