This machine adopts piston filling, it is suitable for non-viscous, low viscous and high viscous material at the same time.

The piston filling system of this machine could achieve bottle inlet counting, ration filling, bottle output etc automatically. It suits for high viscous material such as jam, wood floor wax care, engine oil, edible oil etc ration filling.

1. How does this machine control filling volume?

A: It controls filling volume by setting travel of piston for each valve. The volume= sectional area of quantitative cylinder X travel of piston.

2. Is there other filling capacity can be choosen?

A: Yes, the filling capacity is upto 5Litre. We can customize it for you according to your bottle size.

3. Our liquid has foam when fill, can you solve this problem for us.

A: Don't worry, this machine has dive filling function such nozzles can dive in to the bottle to fill. Also nozzles can rise while filling. 

4. I know this machine can fill viscosty liquid, but can this machine fill liquid with good mobility also?

A: Yes, that's right.

5. Our country's voltage is different from China, can you supply machine with the power supply same as our country?

6. We see different kinds of models on your website, can you tell us the difference and the same places of them?
