Summary

Three eccentric metal seal butterfly valve is a newly developed high-performance metal sealing butterfly valve, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, metallurgy and urban heating system piping.

Model: BGTWSY is composed of three eccentric metal seal butterfly valve with BGT pneumatic actuator 
           BAWWSY is composed of three eccentric metal seal butterfly valve with BAW pneumatic actuator. 
           Three eccentric metal seal butterfly valve and on-off type actuator comprise switch off type butterfly valve.

3.the side flanges conform "Steel pipe flanges national standards" requirement in GBB9115.6 ~ 10-88 PN0.25MPa, PN0.6MPa, PN1.0MPa, PN1.6MPa, PN2.5MPa

Features:

Conventional high-performance butterfly valve is a double eccentric design, like figure 1 and 2( drive shaft deviates from the center line of flange and the center line of sealing surfaces, and bevel Miter three eccentric butterfly valve adds a unique eccentric on a basis of double eccentric, like the figure 3), in order to achieve no friction of sealing at the open and close, and sequentially extend the life of the valve. 
Make interference sealing contact between the seal to seal, thus effectively overcome the conventional metal valve operating torque short life
