The DZF-G Electric High-temperature Gate Valve is developed by our company by absorbing advanced technologies of similar foreign products and cooperating with relevant building materials design and research institutes, serving as an import-substituting product. It is mainly used in hot air pipelines for secondary utilization of waste heat in boilers, kilns, and blast furnaces in industries such as building materials, mining, electric power, glass, and light industry, as well as for flue gas and waste gas treatment.
Structural Features: The electric high-temperature gate valve is welded with high-strength heat-resistant steel and stainless steel, featuring advantages such as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, strong rigidity, high efficiency, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, and long service life. Cooling Method: Air self-cooling.
The electric high-temperature gate valve can be classified by driving form into: electric winch lifting (on-off signal), electric actuator lifting (4~20mA control and feedback signal), and reducer lifting (on-off signal). It can also be lifted by electro-hydraulic push rod and electric push rod (on-off signal).
