Kaishan diesel portable air compressors are widely used in highway, railway, mining, water conservancy,shipbuilding, urban construction, energy, military and other industries.
Kaishan diesel air compressor features
Air Filteration System: High efficient air inlet filter to prevent motor and airend rotors damaged by dirt particles
High Efficient Airend: Large rotors design and large bearings are used to ensure low PRM.This ensure low operating sound,minimal vibration and extended operating life.
Modulation Control:Base on air demand, the modulation valve will control the inlet air capacity and diesel engineer RPM to minimize the fuel consumption.It features maximum energy saving.
Control Panel: 1.Easy to operate and read. 2.High water temperature alarm,high pressure alarm, high discharge air temperature alarm and high RPM alarm are all part of it's features. 3.It has maintenance service alarm and designed with highly readable digital display at night time.
Diesel Engine: sing well known diesel engine like Cummins,Steyr,Caterpillar and Yuchai.This ensure superior performance and reliability of the compressor.
Cooler: Large cooler and fan design to ensure maximum cooling especially for the extreme operating environment.
