I. Paper feeder (1 group)
1. Complete machine group
1)Multiple function control with touch screen and PLC, reliable system, low failure rate, simple operation.
2)This machine with the function of automatic zero, auto version adjustment, memory recovery, paper skip feeding, auto lifting & falling edition, etc.
3)Machine clutch controlled by electric, set with alarm bell.
4)Pneumatic interlocking deice.
2. Automatic front edge paper feeder (China Brand)
1) Leading edge paper feeder mechanism can reduce the blocking phenomenon greatly in the process of cardboard feeding.
2) Main motor is controlled by variable frequency converter, power saving, low noise.
3) Suction fan auxiliary feeding, to ensure smooth into curved board, air volume can be adjusted according to the size of board on each section, guarantee the ability of vacuum force, make the cardboard more accurate.
4) After stop using manual adjustment, baffle, baffle around electric clearance adjustment.
5) Polyurethane materials, feed wheel friction force is big, long durability.
6)Suitable to three or five layers corrugated board, including E corrugated board.
3. Paper feeder above & lower roller
1) Above roller: Ø110mm install Ø148 paper feeding wheel 4pcs,paper feeding roller fast moving structure.
2) Lower roller: Ø148mm
3) Dual rollers for paper feeding, feeding rubber roller fast changing structure.
4. Matched with dust cleaning brush, above suction dedusting fan, assured the paper clean, improved the printing quality, reduced the edition cleaning times.
5. Walking drive shaft equipped with torque limiter, avoid machine crashing.
6. Option: Lead edge paper feeder with pressure reducer can reduce the paper damage.
II. Printing department(4 groups)
1. Printing roller
1)Outer diameter: Ø408.4(incl. edition),seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2)Printing roller made of high quality steel, with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
3)Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.
4)Ratchet wheel fixed rolled shaft.
5) Install & uninstall printing edition controlled by electric.
2. Printing pressing roller
1) Outer diameter: Ø176mm,seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2) Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.
3) Automatic locking on adjustment of pressing roller space, adjust scope is 0-11mm.
4) Automatic return to zero device, decrease the paper waste.
3. Anilox roller : Ø216mm(as per customer required)
1)With surface grinding on the steel pipe,pressing checkered, chrome plating.
2)Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.
3)Cooperated with pneumatic lifting device.
4) Matched with surpass clutch, distribute and clean the ink more easily.
5) Optional: Ceramic anilox roller equipped with ink scraper, make the printing effect better.
4. Rubber roller
1) Outer diameter: Ø208mm.
2) Wrapped with wear-resisting rubber on the steel pipe surface.
3) Rubber roller with special grinding to reach good effect of ink transmission.
4) Adopt automatic locking for the space adjustment between rubber rollers.
5. Paper feeding above & lower roller
1) Above roller: outer diameter Ø110mm install with Ø148 paper feeding wheel 4pcs,paper feeding roller fast moving structure.
2) Lower roller: outer diameter Ø148mm seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) Paper feeding roller adopt auto locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.
6. Phase adjustment mechanism
1)Printing phase adopt NC control 360°adjustment(running & stop both adjustable).
2)Transverse phase adopt NC controller, control scope is 15mm.
3) Printing roller adopt NC phase adjustment, auto zero, high precision on edition adjustment.
4) Printing roller adopt frequency converter phase adjustment, return to zero and edition adjustment fast, precise.
5) Automatic restoration system after the printing edition cleaning.
7. Ink circulation
1) Vapour-pressure type diaphragm pump with stable ink supply and easy maintenance.
2) Ink filter screen, impurity filtration.
III. Slotter without edition for option (1group)
1. Single shaft with dual cutter. Electric adjust the carton height with high precision.
1) Creaser and pre-creaser Ø180mm,above crease wrapped with optimal rubber will not damage the paper.
2) Creaser, pre-creaser, diecutting cutter holder move together by NC controller.
3) Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.
2. Rubber mat roller
1)Equipped with rubber mat holder Ø404*5pcs.
2)Axial direction auto circulation translation.
3)Equipped with linear compensation device, with average diecutting of rubber mat.
4)With pneumatic lifting device, protect the rubber mat.
IV. Rotary die-cutter for option (1group)
1. Creaser
1)Creaser and pre-creaser Ø180mm,above crease wrapped with optimal rubber will not damage the paper.
2)Spacing adjustment of creaser and pre-creaser adopt self-locking mechanism, scope is 0-11mm.
2. Rubber mat
1) Axial direction auto circulation translation.
2) Equipped with linear compensation device, with average diecutting of rubber mat.
3) Rubber roller, diecutting roller: Computer dynamic balancing correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
4) With pneumatic lifting device, protect the rubber mat.
V. Stacker
1. Paper receiver arm
1)Manual and electric type operation.
2)Paper receiver arm drive with belt, adjust the firmness separately, non-related with the belt length.
2. Table lifting
1) Drive with strength chain.
1)Pile height is 1700mm.
Table elevator drive motor with brake function, to maintain a fixed position, with antiskid device, prevent the table fall suddenly.
3. Paper receiver baffle
1) Vapour-pressure paper receiver will stretched out automatically to hold paper when it reached to the settled height.
2) Flat wrinkles climbling belt, to prevent the cardboard decline.
VI. Drive gears
1. Main drive gears thickness: 50mm,adopt 20CrMoTi alloy steel, after tempering and high-frequency quenching, gear grinding. With hardness 60~65.
2. Adopt oblique tooth crosshead shoe drive, spray lubrication dual oil pump circulation system to keep the oil level balance.
3. Gear drive adopt keyless power lock connect, improved the printing precision.
