SMBD-ZDSL series Thin blade slitter scorer with automatic paper feeder
1. Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining.
2. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long working life, slice tidier, non-pressing and non-burr.
3. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjustment, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
4. Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual pneumatic grinding. It can grind while working, which can improve working efficiency.
5. Electrical blade distances adjustment, pneumatic locking. (Optional)
6. Can set the qty. of paperboard, automatic stop the feeding after finishing.
Auto suction paper feeding, assured the safety of workers and decreased the working load.
Suitable to a large scale paperboard machining.
