CT100 EQ Digital-TV-Aerial-Satellite Coaxial Cable

In short, the Coax City CT100 is a high quality 75 ohm coaxial (coax) cable, that has a solid copper central conductor, an FPE (foamed polyethylene) insulating dielectric, a double screen / shield foil & braid and an outer jacket of thermo-plastic PVC.

Inner Conductor:

This is the conductor or wire in the centre of the coaxial cable. The Coax City CT100 has a Solid Copper central conductor that is 1.0mm in diameter. 

Insulating Dielectric:

This is a foamed Polyethylene FPE insulator, separating the central conductor from the screening or shielding. Coax City use FPE in the CT100 Coaxial Cable as it is robust and reliable.

Screen or Shield: 

We use a double screen or shield on our CT100 Coaxial Cable, to protect the signals from EMI (Electro-Magnetic) and RFI (Radio Frequency) interference. We achieve this by using a wrapped copper coloured aluminium foil and a copper clad aluminium braid.
Outer Jacket or Sheath:

The Coax City CT100 Coaxial Cable uses a thermo-plastic PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket or sheath, this adds protection to the cable and allows the cable to be flexible.

By using an FPE (Foamed Polyethylene) insulating dielectric and the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket, a maximum bending radius of 10 x Diameter can be achieved, almost eliminating kinks in the cable.
