Foreline Particle Trap with Five (5) Micron, Polyester Cartridge CY- EQ-FPTA-5-LD
FPTA-5 foreline particle traps are are designed to extend the life of vacuum pumps by preventing solid contaminates from being ingested by the pump. Common applications for the FPTA Traps are processes that generate dusts, powders, resins, etc. The high efficiency polyester cartridge has an efficiency rating greater then 99% and cartridges are moisture resistant.

Construction
FPTA-5 particle traps feature right angle mounting conñguration, with standard KF25/NW25 ports for easy mounting. Units are of steel construction, with a baked enamel finish. The filter itself is a heavy duty, pleated, five (5) micron, polyester cartridge. Polyester filters have a high dirty carrying capacity, it is washable with warm water and mild detergents, thereby extending service life of the cartridge. Stainless steel torsion clips hold the bonnet assembly firmly in place and allow quick access for maintenance cycles
