Product Overview
Shengre SR-T series tubular furnaces adopt a double-layer air-cooled structure, and the furnace is formed by high-temperature vacuum adsorption of high-purity alumina ceramic fibers. It is composed of two semicircular furnace structures, which is convenient to start; The temperature control system adopts industrial precision 0.2 level intelligent instruments and PID intelligent program for temperature control, which is accurate, safe and reliable; The heating element adopts HRE molybdenum containing resistance wire/silicon carbon rod/silicon molybdenum rod, with fast heating rate, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance; The stainless steel flanges at both ends have high sealing performance and are convenient for pre vacuuming. The cold state vacuum degree can reach 6.67x10-5Pa;
