Working principle of the rotary dryer for river sand
1.The wet materials enters into hopper by the belt conveyor through feed pipe into the rotary dryer for river sand cyclinder.
2.The wet materials flows smoothly into the rotary dryer for river sand cylinder because of the gradient.
3.Under the high temperature from the heating stove and the effect of the steering plate and the rotation of the cylinder,the materials can be dried well in the cyclinder of the rotary dryer for river sand.
4.After the drying process,the dried materials come out from discharge port of the rotary dryer for river sand.
5.The cyclone catchs a slight of oddments,and the induced draft fan makes the materials cool and discharges the hot air.
