Feature of continuous rotary dryer :
1.High efficiency with lower energy consumption
2.The efficiency of self heat preservation is higher than 80% ,for single cylinder type, it is 35%.
3.Compared with the single cylinder type with same capcity ,the 3 cylinder type only cover the 50% ground.It will save the 50% of building cost,60% power cost ,and above 60% fuel.
4.The fuel can be coal ,oil and gas or other things.
5.With the heat resisting, hear wearing alloy steel plates,Its life is 4 times as the common steel plates.
6.The water content of the product is less than 0.5% after drying .
7.The temperature of out material is lower than 60, it can keep producing and packing without stop .
8.Without the big and small gears,it work with riding wheel.
9.The temperature of out air is low ,and it will increase the life of the life of dust catching system.
