Applied to assembling electric connector and electric products.
Features:
1.The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component,Taiwan HIWIN precision linear guide, and precision module, which are made of steel mould ,
the Mitsubishi PLC , HMI, and other electrical components, which are all using German brand.
2.The precision mould adopts the fine grinding of S136.Cutter material adopts the SKD.
3.The machine adopts feeding material by vibration bowl feeder. Testing to see wether there is material or not by fiber optic mechanism.Feeding injection mould to the terminal
by cylinder automatically.
4 The machine adopts feeding terminal bu pusher mechanism,blows away waste paper tape by motor automatically.
5.It equips with automatic alarming system, which reporting irregular operations and giving the relative solutions in the form of message.
It also can induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
