The usage of pin inserting automatic assembly machine:
It is applied to automatically insert the pin for the connector.
The production is deliveried automatically and the materials are loaded through vibration plate. The hardware accessaries will be automatically assemb;ied. And it is set with the ablities of abnormal alarming and infotip guiding, materials holding direction, lack of materials reminding, preset production and counting etc.

Bodyframe, hood, display, feeder, vibration plate and so on.

1. The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component,Japanese THK precision linear guide, and precision module, which are made of S136 ,
2. With manual feeding, it is a full automatic equipment combined with automatic feeding pin, automatic inserting pin, displaced by servo motor. And it could be applied to many kinds of products
3. With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message.
It has the automatic functions of detecting the direction of incoming materials and point out the lack of materials, pre-setting productivity and recording the capacity etc.
